00:00Well, hello, gang.
00:04I didn't know if I was going to do a fourth installment in this behind-the-scenes of my working on my fourth in the Life and Living series book.
00:22Working title, I'm now calling the working title, won't be the title, Complexity.
00:28The complexities of humanity, human life, human nature, life, living, love, relationships, and I don't know, maybe it should be a fifth or a sixth or a seventh behind-the-scenes status updates or not, we'll see.
00:50But for this fourth installment about the fourth book in the Life and Living series, working title, Complexity, I wanted to say I've never had a book flow as well as this one is.
01:11I normally say my books come to me in a dream, and then, you know, they're through me.
01:21They may be from me, but they're actually through me.
01:24If it's flowing, as long as I don't have writer's block or the flow from above through me onto the keyboard onto the digital page doesn't get blocked, this is going along pretty good.
01:41So, hopefully, hopefully, again, anything can happen between when you start a book to if it does get released.
01:52But I was saying spring of 2026, I'm hoping now, which is not to suggest I'm rushing.
02:00I'm not rushing anything.
02:01If it comes, it comes.
02:03If it doesn't, it doesn't.
02:04It'll be spring.
02:05But if it keeps flowing well, and this novel edit won't be a full novel, so, again, I'm trying to keep your price down for the story.
02:19What was I saying?
02:20Oh, hopefully, hopefully, it can be released the end of January rather than, like, April or May.
02:29So, in time for Valentine's Day, no, it deals in relationship, as had the Book of Kennedy, Project Carpe Diem, and a short story, A Lasting Legacy.
02:44Those are the hard covers.
02:46Again, I'm not like your traditional author.
02:49Sorry, publishers.
02:51Welcome to the 21st century.
02:53Your old stogie ways of doing everything.
02:57Get with the modern times.
03:01Those are the hard covers.
03:03The soft covers have a different cover.
03:05The Kindle versions have a different cover.
03:08It's called collectible, the different versions.
03:14Right?
03:15It's called marketing and promotion.
03:18It's called being up with modern times.
03:22It's easy to do different covers for different.
03:25This isn't a hundred years ago.
03:30Especially not Shakespearean times.
03:33Again, not a diss of Shakespeare.
03:35I love Shakespeare.
03:36In fact, I'm quoting, I quote Shakespeare in several books.
03:42The current book, I don't know.
03:45I think so far, yes, there is a Shakespeare quote in there.
03:50And a Longfellow quote.
03:51I don't hate the classic artists.
03:55It's just I don't write like them because this is the 21st century.
04:01Twitter, TikTok, X, attention spans, acronym ridiculousness.
04:08Everybody wants acronyms and shorter sentences.
04:13Write somebody, run-on sentences is like beauty.
04:18In the eye of the beholder.
04:20There's no hard and fast rule of it can't exceed 12 words or you've got to change it.
04:27Run-on sentences are in the eye of the beholder.
04:30But, eye-taking, eye-taking, I am taking to heart criticism of some sentences in the past being too long
04:41and trying to use, indeed, break up longer sentences
04:45so there is less commas and semicolons and parentheticals breaking up the sentences.
04:54See, I'm trying to be up with the expectations of modern times.
05:00Not stuck in the past.
05:02That's why I self-publish now.
05:05Not bother with the regular publishers.
05:10Stuck in the past.
05:14I offer bonus material, as you know, in my books.
05:17I'm trying to start a new trend there.
05:20Welcome to the 21st century, publishers!
05:23DVDs, you get bonus material.
05:27Why should you not get bonus material in a book?
05:31Online link references to other free online stuff?
05:36Bonus material!
05:37Anyway, I wanted to show you my first page.
05:43The first chapter actually says, the chapter title, The End!
05:47Ha ha ha!
05:49And there's the first page.
05:53What I've got so far, I could share that with you comfortably.
05:59I don't want to share anymore because now that I'm sharing with you
06:03and this video has a date on it, copyright Joseph M. Leonard Media,
06:10if anyone tries to steal it, hey, I've got video evidence of when it was first presented.
06:17Don't steal it!
06:19Don't steal it!
06:19Don't steal it!
06:19Don't steal it!
06:19Don't steal it!
06:20Don't steal it!
06:20Don't steal it!
06:23At any rate, that's the update I wanted to give you.
06:28I'm feeling really great about this.
06:31This is good.
06:32I'm taking a break now for Christmas, but it's flowing really well.
06:37And working title, Complexity Out of Complexity.
06:44But end of January, I hope, before Valentine's Day.
06:48Not a Valentine's gift for your Valentine.
06:51But it could be, hopefully should be, oh, excuse me, a Valentine's gift for yourself.
07:02E-gift, an e-book copy, the Kindle, to yourself via email and read it before or for Thanksgiving.
07:12Valentine's Day, because yes, this book, like the others in the Life and Living series about relationship.
07:22You know, it's not warm fuzzies all the way through.
07:25That's why I say, don't give it to your Valentine as a gift.
07:30It isn't that kind of a romance thing.
07:34But for you to read, it makes sense.
07:37At any rate, I've already gone long again, right?
07:42What did I say?
07:43Twitter, X, TikTok.
07:46Or as I used to call Twitter, Twatter.
07:49No offense.
07:51You know, not trying to be a sexual female reference.
07:55The Twatter attention span.
07:57Everybody wants smaller.
07:59Everybody wants less.
08:01So that's not the main reason I'm writing a novel as opposed to a novel that would take much longer to put together.
08:08But because you could put a story together in a shorter space and still get enough of the points you want in.
08:17And indeed, be shorter, because younger people just right here.
08:23Go to BitChute, tinyurl.com slash JLD on BitChute or tinyurl.com slash CTP on BitChute for CTP Constitutionalist Podcast.
08:39CTP on BitChute, JLD on BitChute.
08:43Same thing, same channel.
08:46And check out, where was I going with that?
08:48Oh, check out my TLDR episode, right?
08:53Oh, damn it.
08:54I said right again.
08:56Pardon.
08:57Still working on fixing that.
09:01Eliminating that crutch.
09:02No ahs and ums, I hope.
09:04Did I not?
09:05I hope I didn't do any of those.
09:07But at any rate.
09:10BitChute, my channel.
09:12Same.
09:13Yes.
09:14Brighteon.
09:15I did an ah there.
09:17Brighteon, Daily Motion out of France.
09:20Rumble, YouTube also.
09:22TLDR.
09:23TLDR, CTP video exclusive episode.
09:27Too long, didn't read.
09:29Have you ever seen somebody share that acronym on social media?
09:34TLDR.
09:35In fact, I'm going to make a reference to it in this book, working title, Complexity.
09:41That won't be the title.
09:43TLDR, too long, didn't.
09:45Well, details matter, people.
09:48But I get it.
09:48In these times, people want things shortened up.
09:53Make the point with less verbiage.
09:57I get it.
09:58I'm trying.
09:59I'm trying.
10:02Thank you all.
10:03But details matter.
10:05That's why you'll still find very long pieces on beforeitsnews.com or jlenardetroit.substack.com,
10:15thelibertybeacon.com, blogspot from me.
10:19Some will be short pieces.
10:21Some will be very long because details matter.
10:26Facts matter.
10:27That headline you see on X or TikTok short video, instapuke, fascist book, whatever, can be misleading.
10:39Details matter.
10:41Facts matter.
10:42Evidence matters.
10:43That's why the news, the left and the media, puts the facts at the bottom of the story on a third or fourth page that the story is carried over,
10:57hoping you won't bother to look at the whole story and just read their misleading headline and first few paragraphs,
11:07trying to shape your opinion rather than just deliver you the facts, which are buried way down.
11:16They really don't want you to see if they bother to provide them at all.
11:21Anyway, several things in this video now.
11:24Details matter.
11:26Thank you all.
11:27Take care.
11:28God bless.
11:29Merry Christmas.
11:31Love you all.
