00:00Hey, Fourier, look, people have reminded me today, everywhere I go, people remind me,
00:05hey, didn't you say the Patriots are going to suck?
00:07You thought they win like six or seven games.
00:10I did.
00:11I'm surprised by what they're doing right now.
00:14How did you see them, and how far do you think they can go right now?
00:20Well, one, I thought they would be fighting for a playoff spot towards the end of the year.
00:25I thought they'd be eight wins, fighting for nine.
00:29The last two games of the season, hoping to get to 10 wins, that's what I,
00:33then needing some luck to kind of have it play out, but you're really happy with the growth of everybody.
00:39That's what I originally thought it would be based on just what your usual suspects in the AFC,
00:46like the Buffaloes, the Chiefs, and the Ravens, and all those teams that you were used to seeing,
00:53but those guys fell off, and the Patriots went on a good run.
00:56And so I'm absolutely surprised that they're this successful, like next level successful.
01:03That's your first question.
01:05The second answer to your second question is all the way to the end.
01:09They absolutely can go all the way to the end.
01:12And I'm not, you know, like, and I'm not trying to, you know, exaggerate this or just, you know, really just, you know, be a massive homer.
01:21But, and I think a lot of it has to do with if they can get home field advantage.
01:26If they can get home field advantage and they can get that number one seed and they get a first round buy,
01:31they can get healthy, they can get some guys back, you know, they can sit there and watch the landscape of the other teams.
01:37And then they win two freaking games, Holly.
01:40Two games and they're in the Super Bowl.
01:42That, to me, is absolutely possible, especially when you look at all the other teams that are fighting for the number one seed.
01:50Like, there's a ton of parity.
01:51Right now, there's 10 teams possible in the NFC and the AFC that can get a number one seed.
01:57And then NFC, it's three of the four teams in NFC West, including the Bears.
02:02You got the Rams.
02:03You got the Seahawks, right?
02:04And then you got the 49ers.
02:06And in the AFC, it's the Jags.
02:07It's the Bills.
02:08It's the Broncos.
02:09It's the Texans.
02:10It's the Patriots.
02:11So, listen, it is an absolute, like, reality that they can win the next two games.
02:18The Broncos lose to the Chargers.
02:21And then you have the number one seed.
02:22And you have a first-round buy.
02:23That's remarkable.
