Allah explains that some hearts become sealed due to persistent denial, while others speak words of belief without true faith in their hearts. This contrast helps the reader understand the difference between genuine belief and empty claims.
These verses set the spiritual tone of Surah Al-Baqarah, encouraging self reflection and reminding us that guidance begins with sincerity, belief, and action.
