00:00OpenAI has a one-year partnership with Disney, which is very interesting because now they're
00:04getting their lawyers together and any other AI platform that generates any sort of Disney
00:08character, they're suing. And the partnerships, they're looking to dramatically expand. One
00:13partnership that they're about to launch is with Better.com. It's a mortgage company. And I'm
00:19actually very interested and excited about this because I do think, again, I'm very bullish on
00:24the economy. I think innovation and tech will make life more affordable. And so one of the things
00:29they're able to do is basically process these mortgage applications with AI. Typically an
00:33application process can be worth $12,000 just to go through all the paperwork. Now this lets basically
00:40the cost of the application be closer to $1,000. So it's very interesting. I think the Disney thing
00:45is interesting. I think the more that we see it expand to help the everyday person, like in a
00:51mortgage application, I think the better it will be. And I want people to start feeling the impact,
00:56the positive impact of AI because I think there's so much fear mongering around it the way that
01:01there was when the internet happened or the way there was when, you know, computers, everyone
01:06thought, oh, accountants are going to be out of job. This print's going to be out of job.
01:08I remember. It's okay. We're okay. In fact, our lives are a lot better and more productive.
