00:17The U.S. struck a suspected Venezuelan drug boat off Trinidad on September 2nd.

00:22Sources familiar with the operation told the Washington Post that Secretary Hegseth directed

00:27that everyone on board be killed.

00:29After the first Navy strike, two survivors remained.

00:32Admiral Frank Bradley reportedly followed Hegseth's orders, targeting and killing the survivors

00:38in a second strike.

00:39Hegseth's Denial

00:41Hegseth first dismissed the report as fake news.

00:44He later admitted there was a second strike but shifted the blame to Bradley, saying it

00:48was the Admiral's decision.

00:53Hegseth changed his story, claiming he didn't stick around to watch the boat strikes.
