00:18And their holiday ham sale is one of the best I've ever seen, and honestly it's perfect timing because I've been wanting to test out this new glaze recipe.
00:23And all we need to make the glaze is some raspberry jam, honey barbecue sauce, a little brown sugar,
00:27and then some orange juice that we're going to add after the glaze heats up a little bit.
00:30Then after 90 minutes, it's time to brush on the glaze before we cover the outside in some candied jalapenos.
00:34And then we're going to keep brushing on the glaze two to three more times about every 10 minutes or so until the ham looks like this.
00:39It's got that perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and smoky, and this is hands down the best holiday ham I've ever made.
