00:09Kanye West could be facing some serious trouble.
00:12The singer allegedly punched a teenager multiple times inside a chiropractor's office in front of Kim Kardashian.
00:20Kim was reportedly being sworn by photographers as she was trying to walk into a building for an appointment.
00:25Now HollywoodLife.com has learned that a stranger attempted to help Kim out, but the stranger was screaming the N-word in front of Kim.
00:34Kim politely then asked him to stop using that word because it offended her.
00:38Now that's when things took a turn for the worse.
00:41HollywoodLife.com spoke to Kim Kardashian's rep, who says that the teen allegedly screamed back at Kim saying,
00:48F-U-B, just trying to help you. Shut up, N-lover, stupid slut.
00:54Now an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the teen then went into Dr. Richard Hill's chiropractic office after verbally attacking Kim.
01:04That's when Kanye showed up and he walked right into the chiropractor's office and reportedly punched the teenager repeatedly in the face.
01:14The Beverly Hills Police Department was called to the scene and they actually spoke to HollywoodLife.com
01:19saying that the name suspect was identified as Kanye West by the victim and several witnesses.
01:27That Mr. West had actually left the location prior to the officer's arrivals.
01:32Now Kanye West has had a history of violence.
01:36He actually attacked a photographer at LAX airport on July 19th after he asked him to not ask him any questions.
01:43And that's when Kanye was seen on tape punching the photographer and then breaking his camera.
01:49But in November, Kanye pled not guilty to misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft.
