00:11Kanye West and Jimmy Kimmel had what Kimmel called a big dumb fight,
00:16stemming from a parody video the late night host did of the rapper Last Week.
00:20But this week, the two squashed their short feud in front of the public
00:24when Kanye appeared on Kimmel Wednesday night to talk about
00:27why he went off on Kimmel, not just in a private phone call, but on Twitter too.
00:32You know, I saw you at a wedding. I've seen you a couple of times saying,
00:35hey, I want people to know this side of you and different things like this.
00:38So a combination of me knowing you, but also me not knowing the person who put,
00:44you know, a bad headline on the cover of InTouch.
00:47You know, it kind of just went and kind of elevated from a call that we just had as men
00:52where, you know, these egos can flare up and everything.
00:55And, you know, we kind of, we kind of just took it back to high school for a little bit.
00:58Things ultimately seemed to resolve themselves between the two,
01:02but Kanye had a bit more to get off his chest that night.
01:05And here are the highlights.
01:07There was Kanye versus the fashion world.
01:09Think about this.
01:10When I'm in Paris and I'm sitting in, you know, fashion week for, you know, nine years,
01:15and I still can't break that wall down at a certain point,
01:18it's like Michael Jackson trying to get his videos on.
01:21Because how many people, I mean, who do you know is knowing more for clothes than me?
01:25And you're just like, how can you get a shot?
01:27And then you try to do it on your own and know, like, real designers will work for a rapper,
01:32and you just cannot overcome it.
01:35And Kanye versus the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
01:37By the way, I want to shout out the stars of the Walk of Fame right quick,
01:40because they said something about they're not going to put my girl on the Walk of Fame
01:43because, you know, she's a reality star.
01:45It's like people are so, so dated and not modern.
01:49It's like there's no way a Kim Kardashian shouldn't have a star on the Walk of Fame.
01:54Briefly, we got Kanye versus the media.
01:56You know, I feel like media does everything they can to break creatives,
01:59to break artists, to break people's spirits,
02:01and I do everything I can to break media.
02:03And of course, Kanye versus the paparazzi.
02:06Don't ask me a question about something you saw on the tabloids.
