00:00So I've been trying to find a way to use my favorite chip dip on a smash burger, and after a few different attempts, I think I finally got this one perfect.
00:05It's packed with so much flavor and texture, you have to give this one a try.
00:08Oh my god, that's so good.
00:11Now if you've been following me for a while, you know I love to use some thinly sliced jalapenos instead of onions on my smash burgers.
00:15But I got the idea to try mixing the two together, so we're definitely giving that a try because how could it not be amazing?
00:20And I wanted to use the onions to really complement the chip dip, but mixing in the jalapenos definitely adds more flavor and a little bit of heat to balance things out.
00:25So after a quick 90 seconds, we can flip the patties over to show off that amazing sear, and then we're going to top them off with some American cheese and give that just a few seconds to melt.
00:32And some good news, I think my burger sauce that I've been working on is almost ready to share, so if you want to see that, just let me know down in the comments.
00:38Now after we get the toasted potato bun covered in some sauce and dill pickles, we can place down two of the patties before spreading a good amount of some French onion chip dip right on the top bun.
00:45And of course we need some chips to make this perfect, so I tossed on some potato sticks before capping this thing off and we're finally ready to dive in.
00:50Now this burger definitely hit the spot, and I'm really curious what else you want to see me try to put on a burger.
