00:00So I've been trying a bunch of different dips
00:01to see which one makes the best topping on a smashburger
00:03and this pineapple jalapeno popper dip is so good
00:05it might just be the new champion.
00:07Oh my god, that's actually insane.
00:10Now we're gonna start by heating up the smokestone to high
00:12before placing down some 75-25 beef
00:14along with some thinly sliced jalapenos
00:15and smash them right into the cooktop.
00:17Just treat these like the spicier version
00:18of the Oklahoma-style smashburger.
00:20And after we get these smashed and seasoned up,
00:22we're gonna let them cook for about 90 seconds
00:23before we flip them over to reveal that perfect sear.
00:26And then we can top each patty off with some pepper jack cheese
00:28and give that just a few seconds to melt.
00:29And after that, all that's left to do
00:31is stack these patties up and head back inside
00:32so we can put this all together.
00:34And that means we're gonna start with a toasted brioche bun
00:36that's covered in a generous amount
00:37of this Midwest Fresh Bacon Jam
00:38before sprinkling on some crispy onions or shallots
00:40and placing down two of the patties.
00:42Then we're gonna grab this pineapple jalapeno popper dip
00:44which was actually a suggestion from the comment section.
00:46And we're gonna spread a generous amount of that
00:47on the top bun before we place it down
00:49and we're finally ready to dive in.
00:50Now I tried this dip on its own and it's really good
00:52but putting it on a burger was completely next level.
00:55Now what should I try next?
