00:04I guess, Nicole, we'll start with you. Welcome back.
00:08What kind of made you realize, you know, this was the right time to return to the show after taking a few seasons off?
00:15Well, I felt good with myself. I definitely needed a break from all the drama and I just hate drama.
00:21I just love happy, positive, fun times. And it just wasn't that for a while.
00:26So I was like, I need to take a step back to, like, figure out what's happening.
00:30But, yeah, I'm excited to be back and I miss all my roomies and I had a great time this season.
00:36I enjoyed myself on vacation. I brought my daughter and my daughter got to hang out with all the other kids, all her cousins.
00:43So it was such a fun time this season.
00:46Did making up with Angelina last season kind of was that kind of part of what, you know, influenced you to come back?
00:53You kind of knew that drama was in the past. Yeah, that was part of it.
00:57But I just feel like in general, everything was just so negative for me that I was like, I can't be here.
01:02Like, I just need to take a step back. So now everything's great.
01:07And, you know, we're back to the fun.
01:09Were you guys able to avoid the drama this season?
01:12Was it mostly fun or will we still kind of get a little bit of that drama that we all know from the show?
01:17I mean, there's always drama, but it's not drama to the point where I'm quitting.
01:21Okay, good. Good to know.
01:23You didn't say you quit.
01:25The line always helps. So there's that.
01:29Jenny, did you have to do any sort of like extra convincing to get Nicole to come back or was it kind of a decision she made on her own?
01:35Totally decision she made on her own.
01:37And it worked out perfectly because it was during both our kids' spring break.
01:42So, like, she came down, like, two days after me and the girls had, like, their days off.
01:49So Melani and Sissy were living their best life with, like, virgin pina coladas, virgin Miami vices, swimming, painting.
01:58Like, they probably had a better time than we did.
02:01It was like mini Snooki J-Woww.
02:04That is so cute. I love that.
02:06And, Pauly, for you and Nikki, we've been seeing, you know, a lot more of your relationship on the show the last few seasons.
02:14But you are kind of very private when it comes to that on social media and stuff.
02:18So where do you kind of make those boundaries?
02:20And is there anything that, like, you kind of aren't open to showing on television?
02:24For me, I like to keep it natural.
02:26Like, if I naturally would take a photo and naturally post it on my store or something like that, I like to let it happen organically.
02:33I won't go out of my way.
02:34I don't want to overly post.
02:36I feel like it means so much more to me when I just do it when I do it.
02:40Like, I guess when it makes the most sense.
02:43But I do.
02:44I do enjoy sharing.
02:45I enjoy sharing my life.
02:46And especially this is, like, a new huge part of my life, having a significant other that I introduced to the family and bringing her into this family.
02:55So it's good.
02:56Happy balance, I guess.
02:57How has she kind of adjusted to, you know, life with the cameras around and everything?
03:03It's a lot.
03:04It's a lot.
03:04And it's tough sometimes.
03:07She doesn't realize, like, it's 24-7 when we film.
03:09So it's, like, when you wake up, it's, like, right in your face.
03:11It's like, good morning, boom, camera in your face.
03:13So that part's a little tough.
03:15But she loves hanging out with everybody.
03:17She gets along so well with them.
03:18So it's great.
03:19And I'm happy to share with her.
03:22And Jenny, it was very well, though.
03:24Like, she's a pro.
03:26Yeah, I love how much you all get along with her and Lauren and everyone who's kind of come into the mix.
03:32It's so nice.
03:34And Jenny, for you, Zach also kind of, you know, wasn't around for all these years when you've been filming the show and kind of just got thrown into it.
03:41So how has he been handling it?
03:43And has he gotten more used to it now that it's been a few seasons?
03:46I think he's starting to open up more.
03:49You know, we've been doing it so long and we're so comfortable.
03:52I always forget, like, when somebody new comes in, you know, it's a lot and it can be overwhelming.
03:59But at this point, I would say that he handles it as best as anybody could.
04:04He handles it great.
04:05And I think having the kids there with us and just knowing that, like, our circle is there and everything's okay.
04:11It takes the anxiety off him as well.
04:13Um, and we just try and be as natural and kind of do everything that we normally do at home without the cameras in front of the cameras.
04:23I always say, just be yourself, even though it's very hard when a camera's in your face.
04:28Yeah.
04:29And, and for Jenny and Nicole with your kids, um, I mean, I know they don't show too much of the kids, even when you have them on the vacation, but how, how do they kind of feel about being in front of the camera?
04:38Your daughters both seem like they would probably be fine with it.
04:42Oh yeah.
04:43My, um, my daughter just wants to be included in everything that I do.
04:49So even today, she doesn't know that I'm working because she just has FOMO.
04:55So at one point I had like a little producer cam fake following her around.
05:00So she felt included in the days that she was filming with us.
05:04But when she's with Nicole's daughter, like they're two peas in a pod, they were just living their best life in front or without the cameras there.
05:14Oh my gosh.
05:15So cute.
05:16They are so cute together.
05:17Um, well, for all of you who, you know, you've really been here since the beginning of the show and it's been so long now.
05:23Um, so what kind of keeps you coming back for more and why do you think that the fans, you know, remain so invested throughout all these years?
05:30Anyone can answer.
05:34Well, I think they, they, they grew up with us from the day one.
05:40Like when they first met us, I feel like a lot of people didn't really know what we were.
05:43So they tuned in for that.
05:45Then there was like, Oh my God, we do that.
05:46We go to the shore house with people that related to us.
05:49And now they watch that and they, they actually get to see us progress and grow up and they grew up with us.
05:55So they want to see what happens next.
05:57Always.
05:58It's like a, uh, to be continued our seasons end like that.
06:01So I want to see what happens next and you can't really binge watch.
06:04So they invested every week.
06:06What are you all like most excited for everyone to see this season?
06:10Because, you know, it really is just, again, sort of another season in COVID, but you managed to keep it interesting and really get everyone to stay so invested.
06:19So what kind of happened this season that you think the fans will really be interested in?
06:23Pranks.
06:24Always good.
06:26Well, you get to see how we, we make it happen during a pandemic too, which is pretty crazy.
06:30I'm glad that we were able to make it happen, but you get to see how we made it happen and how we literally only need, need each other.
06:35We don't really have to go out.
06:37Like the drama happens within the house and the pranks happen within the house.
06:40And, um, we brought the families this time.
