00:45One ordered far eastern redfish, the other ordered salt grilled sweetfish, to prove whose dish tasted better
00:50They even swapped plates to taste each other's food
00:52The salt grilled sweetfish had none of the muddy smell of freshwater fish
00:55And grilling it with the fish guts left a pleasantly bitter aroma
