00:00You're dissatisfied with your job.

00:02Five days, it's been a soul sapping job.

00:07Two days of weekend, you go and binge in the mall.

00:10Even though that job is soul sapping, it still pays me handsomely.

00:15So what to do with that money?

00:17Go and blow it up in the mall.

00:20When you have internally a bad life, then externally you want to consume more and more.

00:25Have you seen when you are anxious or depressed, sometimes you want to eat a lot?

00:31Instead of addressing the real reason behind your depression,

00:35you have decided to eat or shop or travel or talk endlessly on phone.

00:42We don't address the real reason.

00:44Instead, we move towards objects for consumption.

00:47And that is climate crisis.

00:49There can be no solution to the crisis if you only know what is going on there.

00:54You also have to know that here there is something going on which is causing the problem over there.

01:01You first of all have to be alright with him.

01:04And then all your relationships will fall in place.
