00:00You should aim for quality of life rather than quantity.

00:04You go to Europe, which again is a relatively very old, very aged society compared to a young society like India.

00:13And you will find 80, 85 years old cycling.

00:17So even if you are 80 or 85 there, you are still travelling, doing what you want to do, cycling, walking, jogging.

00:24You are doing all those things.

00:26And what's more?

00:28You are still productive.

00:31You can be productive even at 70 or 80.

00:34Why not?

00:35Instead of having a large family and wasting yourself and falling sick and getting old quickly, maintain yourself.

00:44Have good habits.

00:46Have a prosperous country where the medical system supports you.

00:52Have clean air, clean water.

00:55And you will be productive even at 70 or 80.

00:58That's what you must aim at.
