00:00Sita Ji was there and the great sage visits and they have just returned from the 14 year ordeal
00:08and they have now taken their proper place at Ayodhya and so sages from all around they start
00:17visiting. So this one comes and Sita Ji is quite excited and says top sage. I have to take proper
00:27care of him. So all kinds of delicacies are prepared and when that entire spread, that
00:37big thal is served to the sage, what does he do? He looks at everything and then he takes
00:43and mixes everything together. Now Sita Ji is very disappointed with such care and such
00:54love. I prepared all this for you and you just mixed everything. Sweets, sour, bitter, hot,
01:02cold, everything in one. Doesn't say anything out of courtesy but the sage looks at her face
01:10and understands that you know, disappointed. So later on he says, what kid, don't look too
01:19happy. He says, no, no, no, it's my great fortune that you paid us a visit. He says, what? I
01:27know everything. The dal was a little too salty, that's all. Sita thinks that he is just bluffing
01:34to please her. So she just asks for a little sample of the dal and tastes it. Again, this
01:41is not about super natural powers that a sage has or something. And turns out that the dal
01:50is indeed salty and then she says, what? And he says, that's the way for us. In spite of
01:57seeing the differences, we see no differences. So the body knows the differences. But for
02:05the thing here, remember differences are at two levels. At the physical level, I know there
02:12are differences because I am just an embodied being like you. You have a body, I have a body.
02:18So just as you tasted the dal and you could see that there is something missing, my body also
02:23knows that. But psychologically to me, there is no difference between one kind of dal and
02:30another kind of dal. They are different only to the body. To the ego, there is no difference.
