00:00Time for another cooking video. I'll turn it on high. Got my nonstick pan here. This
00:13will be for leftover potatoes, make them into home fries. So I'm using olive oil,
00:23about so much, half, well, mostly olive oil, and then maybe that much butter. So one
00:35tablespoon of butter. All right, put that heat up and we're gonna mix it. Then, now I'm
00:48not gonna make a lot. We just have this leftover potato. Skin and all. Cut it
00:59into squares. So let's see. Maybe a steak knife. So baked potatoes or boiled
01:17potatoes. This was boiled. We're just gonna cut it into chunks. Leave that there like
01:29that. Just like that. I wish I had more, but... I'm gonna mix that butter in a little more
01:40first. Well, they don't matter. We can save that grease for the potatoes today or tonight. Pepper!
