00:21This is my third, and it's always a party, and it's always fun to get to see everybody.

00:25Well, and this is your first as an engaged woman.

00:30Are you doing anything special this weekend with Michael to celebrate you guys and just

00:35being here in the midst of country music?

00:37Yes, there's so many things.

00:39We are getting to present together tomorrow, which is pretty exciting.

00:43And he is officially holding the number one spot on the country radio chart.

00:48So that is so special, and I feel like I'm winning an extra thing of just watching him

00:53be so excited.

00:53I love that you guys share your successes with each other.

00:56I think that is so special.

00:57And I think that something that a lot of men are advocating for these days is women being

01:02on country radio.

01:04How and when do you think that more women are going to be played and recognized on country

01:10radio?

01:11I think you're watching it happen.

01:13I think that more than ever, if you look at our format, there are women really trailblazing.

01:19Kelsey Ballerini is a wonderful example of someone who is headlining her own tour.

01:23She's about to launch that in a couple weeks.

01:25And Brett Young is her opening act.

01:27If that's not like a statement of where the girls are, I don't know what is.

01:31Marion is rocking.

01:33And Ashley McBride.

01:34And Lindsay L.

01:35There's so many.

01:36Lauren Elena.

01:37There are so many of us right now.

01:38And I feel like it's just going to continue.

01:39But I think it's a great time to be a girl.

01:41Absolutely.

01:42And you are just killing it yourself.

01:45Is there, what can we expect from you this year, 2019?

01:482018 was huge for you.

01:50How are you going to make 2019 even bigger?

01:52I'm headed out on the Ride All Night Tour with Jason Aldean and Kane Brown.

01:55So that's going to be a very busy time.

01:57And I'm working on my second record.

01:58And I feel like this next record is going to hopefully elevate me to be the female that

02:04just really wants to live in country music.

02:06That's, I want to be the next generation, Trisha Faith situation, Reba.

02:11That's what I love.

02:12And I feel like this batch of songs is more solidified in that than ever.

02:16Yeah.

02:16I have chills because that's literally what I grew up on.

02:18And that's what I've been longing for.

02:19And we have, you have brought it back.

02:22Truly.

02:23I love it.

02:24And now, finally, I was at a Jake Owen show the other day.

02:28And he sang a song that he said he was singing at your wedding.

02:33How did that come to fruition?

02:35Michael and I were trying to figure out what song we wanted to dance to at our wedding.

02:39And we couldn't really figure it out.

02:40And he played a show at St. Jude, a writer's round with Jake.

02:46And he played the song Made For You.

02:48And I've always been a huge Jake fan.

02:50They're friends.

02:51It's great.

02:51And he was like, can I play it for you?

02:54So he played it for me.

02:55And I was like, oh, my gosh, that's so awesome.

02:57And he's like, you should hear him do it acoustic.

02:58And so I was like, well, ask him if he would.

03:00I don't want to play the song.

03:01I want Jake to come sing it.

03:03So Jake's going to be our wedding singer.

03:05Oh, I love it.

03:06My mom is so excited.

03:07I'm like, mom, you cannot groom Jake Owen.

03:10Oh, my God.

03:11I'll be watching.

03:13Will you sing at your wedding, do you think?

03:16I feel like we will drink and something will happen.

03:19So I will not be hiding wine at my wedding.

03:21So I'm sure I'll get up and take it.
