00:29Sabi ng liderato ng Senado, hanggat hindi tapos ang investigasyon sa Flood Control, hindi sila makakalaya sa kulungan.

00:57Gate pa ni Sen. President Soto, Supreme Court na rin ang may sabi na may kapangyarihan ng Senado na panatilihin ang mga nakokontempt sa kulungan kahit hanggang matapos pa ang 20th Congress.
01:09Kasi yun ang sinasabi ng Supreme Court na contempt namin ay hanggang matapos lang yung committee report or yung Congress na yun.
01:25Samantala, nilino naman ni Sen. President Pro Tempore Pan Filo Lakson na hindi pa terminated ang pagdinig ng Blue Ribbon Committee hinggil sa Flood Control Skanda.
01:34Let me just state for the record that the Blue Ribbon Committee has not yet terminated the inquiry in the legislation on the anomalous flood control projects.
