00:19the most odd connection. So I grew up with Hailey Bieber or, you know, Hailey Baldwin,

00:26her family and her parents and my parents are super close. They did business. They went

00:31to church. We would even do like Thanksgiving and like holiday parties together. Yeah. Like

00:35so we did her her dad's surprise birthday party at my house back in the day. And the other

00:41irony is I went to school before real estate. I was in school for music and audio production

00:47and Benny Blanco was my comrade. And ironically, they're there. You know, it goes without saying.

00:54Right. So I sent them both the deal. I was like, just send it both to them, you know?

00:59So that's actually who I was shopping for on that unit. That's so funny. And then what

01:03did they, did they respond? Did they get back to you? I mean, obviously the place was sold

01:07to somebody else. Have you, are you still shopping for them?

01:10Surprisingly, Peter sold it very quickly. I was surprised. I was like, why am I here

01:13if I don't really have a standing chance? But I mean, I would say like both sides teams

01:19were like genuinely interested in knowing more about the deal and like actually working

01:23very quickly towards it. So, uh, very interesting. Wow. So we basically had Selena Gomez fighting

01:29Justin Bieber for, for the property. Will they fight over, right? I mean, I mean, it is the

01:36home to fight over. Yeah. Yeah. That was definitely one-on-one. It never comes up. You don't get

01:41views. You don't get outdoor space in the West Village. So that was like a really unique property.

01:45I think any, any hot celebrity would have wanted to snatch up for sure.
