00:00I of course have to ask you about selling Andy Cohen's apartment. Well, Andy previously said
00:03that your behind-the-scenes interactions with him while you guys were working on this deal would
00:07make for its own show. Care to elaborate? Do you have any fun stories from that time? What was the
00:13best part of working with Andy? Worst part of working with Andy? The best part about working
00:17with Andy is that he is the consummate professional, and he understands that when he hires people to do
00:22a job, they will do the job. I have a lot of clients who are incredibly successful that
00:26micromanage everything, and they call me 57 times a day. What are you doing now? Did you do this?
00:31How come you suck? I didn't realize Ryan is spelled F-A-I-L. I'm like, oh my God, guys. I'm doing the
00:37best I can. Andy would only touch base with me when he needed a little bit of assurance on the
00:45marketplace. Are we doing the right thing? Are we at the right price? Because we started at $14 million,
00:50and then we moved down to get it sold to meet the marketplace. And he had also combined multiple
00:54apartments in a co-op that doesn't allow washer dryers, okay, over two floors to make his own
01:01incredible compound, which is a specific home for someone special, which we, you know, which we
01:06found and got that deal done. So that's where he's great. I don't know if the interactions would
01:12have made for reality. I asked him to do the show, and he was like, bravo's better. I was like,
01:17I didn't realize it was a battle.
