00:03Kahit na nag-use ka naman, mukha ka paring pagod at stressed.
00:09Feeling mo, hindi ka attractive.
00:10But the truth is, minsan, hindi sa itsura ang problema, kundi sa confidence.
00:16Kaya today mga ka-RSP, pag-uusapan natin kung paano magmukhang confident and attractive.

00:35Okay naman, Coach. Thank you so much.
00:37At parang si Coach confident to confident.
00:40Lagi.
00:40Pagpasok pala.

00:42At nakangiti siya agad.
00:44O, eto muna para sa ating mga ka-RSP, Coach.
00:46Bakit po ba minsan kahit na nag-ayos tayo, hindi pa rin tayo makang confident?
00:51Ano po ba usually yung kulang sa ating kulang?
00:55Kasi usually when we think confidence, di ba, iniisip natin yung physical.
00:59So, ang importante, when we think of confidence, kailangan it's the total body.
01:04Emotional, physical, psychological, lahat yan.
01:08At even mentally, kailangan confident.
01:10Teamwork yan ang body.
01:11So, hindi lang kailangan physical lang inaayos natin.
01:14Pero, Coach, pagdating naman po sa physical, gaano kalaki ang effect ng posture at body language?
01:22Kasi minsan, pagka nakaganyan, parang timid.
01:24Pero pagka ganon, parang confident.
01:26So, ano po ba yung mga pinaka-noticeable o yung pinaka-napapansin?
01:29Ang body language natin is very, very powerful, no?
01:34Pag pinag-uusapan natin ang communication, 55% of our communication is body language.
01:41So, no matter what we're saying, 7% lang yung words, eh.
01:45So, pag sinabi natin yan, pero yung body language natin, hindi aligned sa sinasabi natin.
01:50May incongruence na nararamdaman yung audience natin.
01:53At pag nararamdaman nila yan, ang pipiliin nila, non-verbals.
01:56So, kung ano man yun, na-posture natin, nagka-eye roll tayo, eye contact natin, ba?
02:03All of these things are important.
02:04At mapasahin yan ng mga tao.
02:06So, it's important we discipline our body also.
02:08And we call out the right body movement so that we could actually give the best communication, yung intention natin.
02:14Ayun, coach, kasi sharper, hindi naman natin ma, ano, lalo na may mga tao, like, introvert.
02:21Tapos, or yung iba talaga, nasa dyan, mahiyain talaga.
02:24So, paano ba siya nabibuild?
02:26Ako, mahiyain ako, eh.
02:27Huh?
02:27Mahiyain?
02:28Hindi naman siya basta-basta, eh.
02:30Diba, na parang, ay, confident na ako agad.
02:32And feeling ko talaga, ganyan-ganyan.
02:35Parang kailangan gradual din yung pagbabago.
02:38Yes.
02:39So, paano ba yun, coach?
02:41May favorite experience.
02:42Uuna sa lahat, Leslie, ang introversion does not mean hindi ka confident.
02:46Kung mahiyain ka, hindi, ibig sabi niyan, hindi ka pwede magiging confident.
02:49Yes.
02:50If you're peaceful and body and self, you could be confident.
02:53So, whether you're extroverted or introverted, kaya natin i-call out yung confidence natin.
02:58Now, when you're asking, for example, ano yung easiest way to do that, is kung hindi man tayo confident, meron tayo tiyatawag na as if or acting.
03:06Now, we act that thing out.
03:08If we could not produce, for example, yung mga body movements or even the words we will say, that will be confident.
03:14So, what we could do is to copy other people who we feel are confident, and then we try and put it in ourselves, embody that.
03:21And then, you know, we practice it.
03:23Kasi the body can also control the mind.
03:27Kung gusto natin maging feeling powerful, kailangan pakita natin yung power posture natin.
03:33Kung gusto natin maging open, kailangan open yung physiology natin.
03:36Hindi tayo nakaganoon, hindi tayo nakaslouch.
03:39Yung sinasabi ni Joshua, hindi tayo nakasimangot.
03:41Everything must be united. Teamwork nga yan eh.
03:44Yun.
03:45Pero, Coach, meron po mga habits na nakakasira ng kumpiyansa na dapat or pwedeng iwasan ng isang individual?
03:55Marami, marami yan, Joshua.
03:57And a lot of them are unconscious.
03:59We are not conscious na ginagawa natin itong mga habits na ito.
04:02And then, di ba, nakakasira siya ng diskarte or people are not seeing us as confident.
04:09Number one siguro is our body language.
04:13Kunwari, mga eye roll, breaking eye contact, nakasimangot.
04:18All of these things are sabotaging our communication.
04:21So, hindi pa tayo nagsasalita, wala pang words na sinasabi.
04:24Medyo negative na siguro yung effect natin to other people.
04:27Ah, okay.
04:28Yung mga self-talk natin, bad, kung may inisip tayo na parang siya, papalpakata ito or hindi ako confident.
04:34When we're talking to ourselves that way, may umaaling ngaw-ngaw na na bad energy.
04:38Mag-reflect yan kasi our emotions, our self-talk, they are leaking eh.
04:42Lumalabas yan kahit hindi natin sabihin.
04:44In all our body parts, lalabas yung ganyang klaseng communication.
04:48It's very important we pay attention to be mindful of how we are actually, you know, affecting or affecting other people.
04:56Okay, so nakakabawas din pala ng confidence yung, or nakaka-apekto din pala sa confidence yung,
05:00may mga kilala kasi tayo na hindi pala nagsasalita, alam mo na yung gusto sabihin.
05:06Nakagito mo na sa facial expression, yung parang, ay, di na-judge na ako nito, feeling ko.
05:11Hindi na nanakit, pero nang-judge, gano'n.
05:12Feeling ko malaking factor din social media ngayon.
05:14Oo.
05:15Oo, kasi minsan parang na-apektohan din tayo sa mga nakita natin, or like, nakakumpare natin yung self natin sa kanila.
05:21So, minsan parang pag nakumpare na natin, bumababa na yung self-confidence.
05:25So, dapat siguro hindi na lang tayo mag-social media.
05:29Social media detox.
05:31Yes.
05:32Ay, Coach, meron ka palang upcoming talk about emotional flexibility this January.
05:37Can you tell us more about this event?
05:39Yes, and it has a lot to do also with confidence.
05:44As leaders, we are doing a talk on how we could actually project our best self and lead other people, including leading ourselves.
05:52We have invited the guru of neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming, who knows a lot about behavior, about emotional flexibility.
06:04How we could actually call on our best emotions so that we could actually succeed at work and in life.
06:11Meron kami, no?
06:11It's also in conjunction with the book that I've written, Empath to Success.
06:15It's actually helping leaders to become more empathetic, no?

06:18And this is called Empath Leads.
