00:27First, the law was called for the procurement
00:32of 800,000 metric tons of local corn
00:35that is worth Php 17 per kilo
00:38in the middle of lowering the demand of pork
00:41due to the effect of African Swine Fever.
00:44The price of corn also dropped to Php 12 per kilo

00:49While the procurement of the product is still being studied,
00:52the DA is now ready to help the locals

00:57by distributing seeds,
