00:00Justin Bieber is showing off his new fling after they were spotted kissing.

00:10and Justin recently performed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,

00:13for his Purpose Tour, where he met a new lady friend

00:15who we now have found out is increasingly Instagram famous,

00:1923-year-old Rio local Luciana Chimone.

00:22Since these two were spotted together,

00:24she has added at least 70,000 followers,

00:27and as we mentioned, the Beliebers are hitting her with the snake emojis.

00:31Remember, the Beliebers did this to Sofia Richie, too,

00:33which inspired her shoot with Complex,

00:36and of course inspired Justin to quit Instagram.

00:39Anyway, Justin and Luciana met at the Fasano Hotel

00:42and later got acquainted in the backseat of this car

00:45before heading off to his rented mansion in Brazil.

00:48JB even looks like he's trying to plant a kiss on Luciana

00:51while she looks like she just needs some water.

00:53And get this, it appears this might be more than a one-night stand.

00:57Justin was seen showing off his FaceTime session to paparazzi

01:00with a girl that looks just like Luciana.

01:03Knowing how much JB hates the paps,

01:05this seems both weird and very intentional.

01:08Luciana, we have learned, is a Belieber.

01:10She posted a pic with heart emojis at Justin's show.

01:13We also figured out who that other mystery girl in the car is,

01:1621-year-old blogger Marina Puma,

01:19who is also a total Belieber considering this photo.
