00:00To make sure the guys are still into it, any telltale signs around the building?

00:05You know, I just feel like I've got a really good feel for these guys right now.

00:09And you see it when you're watching the Buffalo game,

00:13when you're watching the Baltimore game.

00:14I mean, it's there, it's evident.

00:17And our guys have expected to win these games,

00:20and obviously we didn't come through on that last one.

00:22But I think it's crystal clear when you watch us play football

00:26what our guys are up to right now.

00:27Is there anything you would like in the room or in practice?

00:30I'm not always in the way, you know.

00:32So at practice, the energy has been great.

00:33The communication is outstanding.

00:35Guys are flying around.

00:36Guys are, you know, we're asking certain things of them during practice

00:39that we're going to show the team on Friday mornings,

00:41and it always shows up in practice.

00:43And so that's what you can ask for, and our guys are giving that to us.

00:48Three of your four wins this year have come against the AFC North.

00:51Why have you guys been so successful this year in division play?

00:55I can't answer that.

00:56You know, it's obviously I wish there was more of them, and it's a big deal.

01:00You know, your best chance of doing all the things you want to do

01:03in the postseason, run through the division, winning the division,

01:06being successful in your division.

01:08And so, you know, we feel like we've got a great feel for them.

01:11They've got a great feel for us.

01:14I can't pinpoint why three of our four have been in this division.

01:18DJ Turner trailing the other team's best receiver a lot this year.

01:22What's it mean for the defense when you can do that?

01:25And what's it say about his willingness to want that?

01:29Well, he absolutely wants that.

01:31He has earned all this.

01:33You know, he's not a guy that just speaks and doesn't put in the work.

01:38He's – I've told, you know, stories all season about training camp conversations

01:42with him and just really proud of him, the way he's handled everything

01:46and the way that he just fights every week.

01:48And you can just feel the – I mean, you can genuinely feel the confidence from him,

01:51oozing off of him.

01:53And he's been a tremendous asset for us.

01:57He's a really good communicator.

01:58It's really important to him.

02:00He understands what it means to cover their best guy.

02:03He understands all that that entails, the good and the bad.

02:05And he's willing to embrace it all.

02:07And proud of the season he's having.

02:09And he'll just continue to lead us.

02:11And there's some great opportunity here, starting with this game as well.

02:14So I'm excited to watch DJ finish out the year.
