00:10Greetings, colleagues of Telesur and all the audience watching us.
00:14I am in Beijing now to report this time on an historical record in China's trade balance,
00:21consolidating its international leadership in international commerce.
00:27Authorities confirmed that the country surpassed the $1 trillion mark in accumulated trade surplus for the first time in 2025.
00:40Export grew by 6% in the month of November, even with a nearby 30% drop in sales for the United States.
00:51This demonstrated that the U.S. strategy fails to curb Chinese trade,
00:56while China strengthened its relations with the global south,
01:00expanding its marks in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
01:05This growth occurring in a challenged international context,
01:10marked by extreme weather events, such as the recent floods in Asia.
01:16That affected supply chains and left thousands of homes damaged.
01:23And even so, China maintained the stability of its foreign trade and domestic economy,
01:30demonstrating resilience in the face of global difficulties.
01:35The record surplus also supports domestic consumption and the real estate sector.
01:41With the outlook, Beijing reaffirms its commitment to open and sustainable foreign trade,
01:49while implementing measures to strengthen domestic demand by 2026.
01:57With this news, we will return with you in the studio in La Habana, Cuba.
