00:00Alright, so this is my home gym setup here and I've got these two Yes For All Dumbbells and I'm going to do a quick review on these.

00:08I'm going to tell you everything that you should know before buying them and if I think they're worth it.

00:11So I've had these for legit four years now, I think.

00:15Like almost every... I've been using these things like almost every day for years.

00:20These things have been through some serious abuse pretty much and they're still just as good as new and they're still just as good as new.

00:27I got the 50 pound pairs so each one is 25 pounds.

00:30When you have all the weights on there, simply just unscrew this and you can put on the weights.

00:35The little ones are 3 pounds and the big plates are 7.5 pounds on this.

00:39They're super simple and easy to use and they're also super versatile too because you can have all different kinds of weight variations

00:46because you can put on the little weights and the big weights and do all different kinds of combinations with the weights.

00:51They also have a nice grippy handle.

00:53These things are super high quality too.

00:55They've been, you know, used outside, inside, they've been dropped, they've been through it all and they're still perfectly fine.
