00:00So here we have this adjustable barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell set.
00:04Now these are great if you only have a small space to work out in.
00:07I have the 50 lb set and it comes with four 3.5 lb plates, four 4.5 lb plates, and four 5.5 lb plates.
00:15Now what's cool about this is all the different ways that you can set it up.
00:19The plates just slide onto any one of these pieces.
00:22And as you can see they're threaded so you can screw this piece on to secure on the plates.
00:27These are the dumbbell rods and they work just as I showed.
00:31You can also pretty easily turn this into a kettlebell if you screw on this handle.
00:35Or I can screw both of them into this piece.
00:38And then just slide some weights on and now you have a pretty decent barbell.
00:41You can also put weights on both sides but then your grip is going to be a little bit awkward because it's so far apart.
00:47Now there's really not enough room to put a lot of weight on this.
00:50So it's not going to be something you use for the bench press unless you're just trying to do a lot of reps.
00:55But it's great for squats or curls or anything else where you're working on your form and reps instead of trying to max out your weights.
01:03And here's the kettlebell rod.
01:04It has a nice flat bottom so you can set it down.
01:07And as you can see it works the same as the dumbbell piece by just putting some weights on and screwing it into the handle.
01:13And I actually like to use these handles as push-up stands so I can get a little bit more range out of my push-ups.
01:19Anyway this is just a really good set for a bunch of different workouts and it only takes up a small space.
01:25So if you're looking for a multi-purpose weight set that's pretty simple to switch around then this is definitely a good pick.
