A meeting between the President of Russia and the chairpersons of the parliaments of CSTO member states is being held at the Kremlin, with the heads of parliamentary chambers from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan in attendance.
During the discussion, President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the CSTO presidency will pass to Russia next year, promising to maintain full continuity in the organization’s work. He highlighted core priorities, including strengthening collective defense capability, deepening military-technical cooperation, and ensuring coordinated security policy across member states.
The meeting reflects the bloc’s ongoing effort to align regional strategies and reinforce joint defense mechanisms ahead of Russia’s upcoming leadership term.
00:53In the next year, the president, as you know, will come to the Russian Federation of the WDKB.
00:59We, of course, will do everything about the restoration of the organization.
01:04And as I have already said to my colleagues and colleagues, our work will be a continuation of our Kyrgyzstan friends.
01:21And it will be a whole of our responsibility for all the main areas of our cooperation.
01:28It is clear on what, it is clear on what areas we see.
01:34It is the strength of our ability, the balance of our politics in the field of the military and in the field of the technical cooperation.
01:45The Parliamentary Assembly was founded almost 20 years ago, in 2006.
01:53And it is indeed in a serious, заметful role in the fulfillment of the harmonization of the law between our countries in the field of security and security.
02:05I would like to add a model of the law on the subject of terrorism, which is one of the most important elements of the normative base.
02:17The government is also a part of the law on the field of the UN, which is a part of the UN, which is a part of the UN, which is a part of the UN.
02:25be it was not a decision.
02:26And this is, of course, your service, your colleagues, who
02:33worked on this normative act and took it with you, of course,
02:39and with your руководство.
02:41The Assembly traditionally does a lot for monitoring the
02:45elections.
02:46This is, on my opinion, very important for the stability of
02:52the political situation.
02:55As far as it is important to say, you have to understand it.
02:59I want to thank you for this.
03:02Because the creation of such a representative and very
03:05authoritative monitoring group, it helps each of our
03:12state, first, through these steps, related to the
03:19political campaigns, and, secondly, to emphasize the
03:22legitimacy of the political process.
03:25Well, and the political statements also have a
03:29important role.
03:30Today, the statement about the security of the
03:33world's безопасности in the world, also has a
03:37important role and gives a very good signal on the
03:42We have a new five-year program of international cooperation, which means that our work is not related to the future, but not only in the near future, but only in the near future, but only in the near future.
04:12It makes our work stable, predictable, and creates условия for plodontory work on the level of the government.
04:25Thank you very much, thank you for your attention.
04:29Thank you very much.
04:59The Paralympic Assembly can effectively work only in the way that it is, if it is a task in the position of the government.
05:08We see this work in front of us and structure it, because we understand that the main priority is the formation of the law,
05:19the organization of the договорs of safety.
05:22Our decisions are carried out through consensus. It is not just all this, but it is very long.
05:32But we proceed on the decisions, which will continue to be implemented in the national законодательстве.
05:39Today, at the meeting of the Paralympic Assembly of the DQB, there were 7 models.
05:46This is a small number.
05:50If you compare it with any meeting of the National Paralympic Assembly of the DQB,
05:56it is an effect of a long-term agreement,
06:02which is the result of the decision, which is the result of the act.
06:08But, therefore, all the countries supported the agreement,
06:12and the negotiations passed, in particular, and in the government.
06:16If we talk about the past work,
06:20on the today's day,
06:22our work of the law of the organization of the DQB,
06:26it is 104 documents.
06:28For the past time, they were signed.
06:32If we talk about the 5-year period,
06:36we have done the results of the work of the DQB.
06:38We have done the work of the DQB.
06:40We have done the work of the DQB.
06:42We have done the work of the DQB.
06:44We have done the work of the DQB.
06:48We have done the work of the DQB.
06:50We have done the work of the DQB.
06:54and for the next 5-year period, we decided to make a decision of 45 models.
07:04We increase the effectiveness of the work.
07:08But I want to emphasize that it is important that these models
07:13are not on the level of the parliament's decisions in the form of the Assembly.
07:19It is good that they are already extrapolated into the national law.
07:23It means that we are alike seeing the issues with the fight against terrorism,
07:32the threat to the narco-trafficking, or the issues with the safety of other segments.
07:41We discussed the issue of information technologies,
07:46and when we talk about this, we have to do everything in order to be formed.
07:52It is important that, in one hand, we need to support and develop,
07:55but, in another hand, there are also problems of the situation.
08:01We have to do it in one of the United States,
08:04and we have to do it in the future, and now we have to do it in the future,
08:10because we have to do it in the future.
08:12We have to do it in the future.
08:17with artificial intelligence, robot and human intelligence.
08:21And, of course, when we talk about the organization of the collective safety,
08:27we need to form a role in order to make it to the other way to make it effective,
08:33and to the other way, that it would not cause harm to people.
08:36In this case, we need to be in mind, to seek best decisions,
08:42and practice.
08:43And in this case, of course, the parliamentary format is not effective,
08:48because we attract a lot of experts,
08:50we look at how these questions are solved in Kazakhstan,
08:53Belarusian, Tadjikistan, Kyrgyzstan.
08:56So, this is what happened.
09:01You correctly said that in the next year,
09:04we have 20-year-old work in the Parliament,
09:09and we, of course, try to analyze the path of the past,
09:13and make the task on the perspective.
09:16But our main priority is the законодатель of the government
09:19and the government and the government and the government.
09:22You have talked about this.
09:25We follow the decision of the decision-making,
09:28and try to make it so that the parliamentarian is effective.
09:34So, colleagues, please, if you would like to add something.
