00:00It's completely changed the dynamic of the race. We've seen what the race was like post the Dobbs decision and after and the engagement of women has been really unparalleled and like anything, nothing I've ever seen before.
00:13And it's not surprising. It was a tough day on June 24th for everyone and women across the country. But if you were an Ohio woman, it was incredibly devastating.
00:21Seven hours after Roe fell, the governor put in place the six week abortion ban. And we've already seen like terrifying things that have happened because of that.
00:32You know, a 10 year old girl who was raped in Columbus had to go across state lines to terminate a pregnancy.
00:38When Mike DeWine was asked about this, he said that he doubted if the girl existed and if she existed, she was probably lying.
00:46And when Columbus police arrested her rapist and he confessed, Mike DeWine only had two words, no comment.
00:54We've seen stories of women who, you know, like in Dayton, you know, went to excited to carry pregnancy to term, go to their monthly checkup, find out they have cancer, have to terminate the pregnancy in order to get life-saving chemotherapy.
01:08And in Mike DeWine's Ohio, they are told they are not welcome here, have to go across state lines to fight for their own life.
01:16That's the kind of things we're seeing in the state. And as scary as that is, it will get worse if he's reelected.
01:23He is told folks he wants to go as far as possible. Those are his words.
01:28And you don't even have to imagine what that is in Ohio. There is a bill in the statehouse right now that bans abortion at conception, bans birth control like IUD and bans in vitro fertilization.
01:40So we don't even have to imagine what as far as possible is in Mike DeWine's Ohio.
