00:00Vladimir, very good to see you here on nearly the fourth anniversary of this awful conflict,
00:07at a critical stage now in the push for peace.
00:12But we will talk this afternoon about the plan in some detail,
00:17but the principles remain the principles that we've raised up for a very, very long time,
00:22which is that we stand with Ukraine, and if there's to be a ceasefire,
00:27it needs to be a just and lasting ceasefire.
00:31And that's why it's so important that we repeatedly set out the principle
00:37that matters about Ukraine and for Ukraine.
00:40And we stand here to support you in the conflict and support you in the negotiations
00:46and make sure this is a just and lasting settlement if we can get that far.
00:52But you're very welcome to come up to a full-term discussion.
