00:00My message to you, the cabinet, and to the country today as we mark this four years is that we
00:05stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes.
00:09I wanted also to pay tribute to the incredible resilience of the Ukrainians, and it is incredible resilience.
00:16When this conflict broke out four years ago, it was assumed it would be a matter of weeks before Putin
00:24took the whole of Ukraine.
00:26That's what everybody believed to be the case.
00:29Four years later, the Ukrainians are holding out against that aggression, holding out on the front line where the circumstances
00:38are extremely challenging,
00:40but also holding out in the civilian life where every day the Ukrainians get up and go to work as
00:46a sign of resilience and defiance of the aggression.
00:51And we must defeat the falsehood that Russia is winning, because if you take the last year alone, Russia took
00:590.8% of land in Ukraine at a terrible cost of themselves of half a million losses.
01:06And we must defeat the Russians.
