00:00We've had an excellent meeting today, not just productive, but historic, because together
00:07we signed a landmark agreement, the very first of its kind, a new partnership between UK
00:14and Ukraine that reflects the huge affection that exists between our two nations.
00:20And I'm proud to speak for the whole of the United Kingdom when I say we are with you,
00:27not just today or tomorrow, for this year or the next, but for a hundred years, long
00:35after this terrible war is over and Ukraine is free and thriving once again.
00:42Let's be clear, we all want this war to end, no one wants that more than Ukraine, but right
00:50now Putin shows no sign of wanting peace when it comes to training Ukraine's defenders.
00:58Nothing is off the table.
01:00The British people believe in this cause, and I know they would be as moved as I am
01:08by what I've seen here today.
01:11I visited a building mere metres from the office of the President, destroyed by Russian drones.
01:21And I visited the victims of Russian action, soldiers and civilians, innocent people fighting
01:30to recover from horrendous burns.
01:34So Vladimir, we stand with you, from our NHS specialists working in that burns unit, to
01:41the British communities who've taken Ukrainian families into their hearts and into their
01:46homes, to the blue and yellow flags that fly in every town and village up and down the
01:53United Kingdom.
01:55All those symbols of our solidarity find expression in the hundred-year partnership that we have
02:02agreed today.
02:04The history of the 21st century is being written here and now.
02:09It is our strength together that will set it on the right path.
