00:00What we all want to see, at least the guiding principles, particularly in recent days,
00:04is a permanent end to Russia's barbarity in Ukraine and a just and lasting peace.
00:11As all colleagues on the coalition will know, both of those words, just and lasting, are hugely important.
00:20And of course that is what the US is working for, and I welcome the fact that progress is being made.
00:29And we can remind ourselves that no one wants peace more than Vladimir and the Ukrainian people.
00:36It paid a very heavy price for Russia's aggression over a very long period now.
