00:00The symptoms during wintertime usually include poor sleep.
00:26It means that sleep duration extends.
00:30It might be one, two, three hours longer than during summer months for the same person.
00:38But despite of this long sleep, it doesn't refresh enough, so you are tired.
00:45Appetite usually increases and you may have a carbohydrate craving, sugars or starch, and eat those in great amounts, especially during evening hours.
01:03And then you have less energy to do things.
01:08So I really encourage everyone to spend time outside, maybe not having their morning coffee in the lunchroom.
01:20They should maybe instead, you know, grab not only a coffee, but also a colleague and say, hey, let's go outside and enjoy our hot coffee.
01:30But also that we spend some time outside and do something for our well-being.
01:41Life has an immediate effect on your well-being to increase serotonin in your brain, which is a very important chemical to promote also that you feel good, that you're in a good mood.
01:55So all these things you can do.
01:57So it's not like it's a fade and an annual or a seasonal fade and you cannot do anything about it.
02:04There are possibilities to affect it, yes.
02:15Take an ice bath and then followed up by a sauna and do one more ice bath, one more sauna, then a shower and go out there.
