00:00We've seen more friendly conditions for crews to get in and start working on containing
00:07live edge. We have a number of activities happening across the firegrounds, so we have
00:11the immediate impact area, in there we have rapid impact assessment teams, we also have
00:16fire investigation teams, rehab and recovery teams and community fire safety review teams.
00:22Commentary to that activity we also have TAS networks, they're in there re-establishing
00:26power. We have hazardous tree assessments occurring with the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council, so they're
00:33doing that work as well. We are expecting a cool westerly change later in the afternoon
00:39which will help us further. There may be some light showers but unlikely to reach us up here
00:43on the fireground.
00:44Can I also say a big thank you to the communities that have been impacted by these fires. Thank
00:49you for your understanding. We know this is an uncertain and unsettling time and there are
00:56a range of different instructions that have been provided by our first responders. We're
01:00very grateful for the community's compliance with that so far. We're not out of the woods
01:05yet but we are working to ensure that the areas are safe and then we'll be working with communities
01:13so they can return.
01:14So that they can return.
01:15So that they can return.
