00:00All right, I'm hanging out with U.S. Men's National Team goaltender,

00:03and you know I'm from NYCFC as well, Matt Fries,

00:06and it's only right that I get you because I'm freezing my blank off right now.

00:11But just kind of talk about the atmosphere as you guys are waiting to see

00:15what group you guys are going to be playing in for the World Cup.

00:18The atmosphere out here is incredible.

00:20There's a ton of fans.

00:21It shows some really great energy around New York City and soccer.

00:27You know, obviously looking forward to the draw

00:30and looking forward to who the opponents are.

00:33But at the same time, I keep saying it doesn't really change anything.

00:36The goal is to beat whoever's across those lines.

00:38As you guys have been absolutely killing it all throughout the summer

00:42and then obviously the fall as well,

00:44you automatically qualify because you're the host team.

00:47But what have you seen from this team so far

00:50throughout the last couple of months and matches to let you know that,

00:53okay, we're getting ready, this tournament's within the next couple of months.

00:58This team is ready for the World Cup and the global stage.

01:01Yeah, I think two things.

01:02I think some of the results have been good and point in the right direction,

01:07although obviously those need to continue and we need to keep growing.

01:10But I think the other thing is the togetherness and the energy

01:13and the fight that we're bringing to these games.

01:15You know, it's something that I grew up watching the U.S. team having

01:19and it's great to feel that.

01:22Is there a certain city you can't wait to play in?

01:26Again, since you've already played in the majority of them?

01:29I've played in most cities.

01:31I'm sure L.A. is going to be fantastic as well as Seattle.
