00:004 p.m. Eastern. All of college football will be watching this game. And, you know, as they say,
00:05Bill, in the SEC, it just means more. But honestly, you know, this game doesn't mean nearly as much
00:11as it used to mean with the BCS championship and everything else, because both Georgia and Alabama
00:15are going to be playing in the college football playoff. The Bulldogs are two and a half point
00:19favorites. The total is 48 and a half. What does it mean in terms of odds, Bill? They don't know.
00:26That's what it means here when you're making Georgia a two and a half point favorite. This
00:30game has gone back and forth through the years. Georgia dominating sometimes during the regular
00:35season. Alabama coming up big at the end of seasons to jump into the college football playoff. It's
00:40just going to be a great matchup, I think, on Saturday. You know, that that over under is right
00:45on the line of every time I pick this game, I think I put 27 to 20 either way. And for Alabama,
00:51you know, they got to get the running game going against Georgia. Georgia outrushed them by over
00:55100 yards in the last meeting. It's a psychological play. You know, obviously,
01:00when Kirby's one and seven against Alabama, that's not an insignificant number when you've
01:06played that many times. And, you know, obviously, Alabama's had the upper hand in these SEC
01:10championship games. That said, I like the Bulldogs not only to win, I think they cover. I think then
01:15it becomes a question of, are we letting Alabama in the playoff with three losses? What was the margin
01:20of victory? If it gets ugly, that conversation will heat up. But my initial reaction, Craig,
01:25is that Georgia will win by a touchdown. They'll flip-flop Notre Dame and Alabama.
01:31And Miami will probably be still sitting there and waiting unless we get a heated argument with
01:35the Irish at the end. Yeah, it could be. That's the argument going on here, Bill, is
01:39imagine Ty Simpsons had a great season. I don't think he's going to win the Heisman,
01:44but he's thrown 25 touchdowns, four interceptions, and certainly Alabama is counting on him in a big
01:51way going into this game.
