00:00It's a really big report, a lot of recommendations, and as I said, $4 billion in savings is a significant amount of money and something the Victorian public will now be able to look at and know that we are spending every dollar of billed taxpayer money where it's needed most.
00:18And this should be seen in the context of the Victorian Government's economic and fiscal plan. It is an economic and fiscal plan that is working. It is delivering an operating surplus. It is being consistent with that strategy to drive down debt as a proportion of the economy.
00:38Look, I couldn't agree more that it's great to finally get some clarity on this. We've been saying since the interim recommendations of the Silver Review were put into the budget that the Silver Review has been operating quite stealth.
00:51The report now confirms that. 619 of the 1,055 jobs to go have already been implemented and we've been fighting every single one of those cuts. We will continue to fight to save as many jobs as possible.
01:08Our Voluntary is a production of Movement and with database, with mathematical economies instead of littlellaisses and the standard rules associated with stopping focusing on it and the standard rule.
01:11Remember, how we are going to deal with current products we've planned on here.
