00:03In a criminal complaint obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, authorities say that video evidence of
00:07disgraced actor Kevin Spacey allegedly sexually assaulting an 18-year-old exists. On Christmas
00:12Eve, it was revealed that the Oscar winner would face one felony charge for allegedly assaulting
00:17a young man at a restaurant and bar in Nantucket in 2016. Spacey is due to be arraigned on a
00:22charge of indecent assault and battery on January 7, 2019. The complaint, filed in Nantucket District
00:28Court, states that investigators have footage of Spacey groping the alleged victim. According to
00:32documents, the victim, who was 18 at the time, took a Snapchat video during the encounter with the
00:36actor on July 7, 2016. He then sent that video to his girlfriend while also allegedly telling her
00:42via text that the actor was hitting on him. The report says that the alleged victim was a busboy
00:46at the restaurant where the encounter took place and lied about his age to the actor, saying he was
00:5123, which resulted in Spacey allegedly buying him numerous drinks. The complaint states that when
00:56the alleged victim asked Spacey for a picture, the actor declined unless the young man came home with
01:01him. The complaint also details that the alleged victim told police that later in the evening,
01:05when the accuser was intoxicated, Spacey allegedly unzipped the accuser's pants and assaulted him.
01:10The same day it was announced the actor would be charged, Spacey made his return to Twitter
01:13after an absence of more than a year by posting a video in which he appears to be defending himself,
01:18but as his former House of Cards character, Frank Underwood. In the strange video, which was met with
01:23widespread confusion, the actor says,
01:25"'My confidence grows each day that soon enough you will know the full truth.'"
01:29Spacey is still under investigation in Los Angeles and in England for other alleged sexual assaults.
