Based on the exercises in the video—which feature Barbell Squats, Barbell Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs), and Leg Extensions—this is a classic, heavy Leg Day session focusing on quads, glutes, and hamstrings.

00:00Right lads, I'm back with a little voiceover. I train quads today. With quads I always train
00:04with a little bit of tension training. So here we have our front squat and I pause at the bottom
00:09and I drive up with the torso upright. Then with the leg press, same thing, I pause at the bottom
00:13and then I drive up keeping it nice, slow and controlled. With the leg extension I pause at
00:19the top and I come down nice and slow. I love tension training with my quads because I feel
00:23it a bit more. Now we have a staggered squat. Basically you're putting all your weight into
00:28your front squat, front leg and you're driving up. This one is tough and your legs will be
00:33in agony. Then we did an incline goblet squat. When you're coming down, your elbows should
00:37touch the inside of your knees and you keep your torso upright and you drive up.
