That's a fantastic idea! Based on the video, which features some powerful Cable Rows, Lat Pulldowns, and what looks like a single-arm or single-side row variation, this is an excellent Back and Biceps/Pull Day session.

00:00right lads so this has been heavily requested since i posted my quad transformation my quad
00:04day pretty much stays the same so i warmed up with an incline squat to lunge these are killer
00:09then i went into single leg hack squat as you can see by my face these aren't nice so i get
00:14eight of those and i superset it with a regular hack squat with the hack squat i go down to a
00:19dead stop so that means i come right to the bottom and i push from the bottom this will kill your
00:24legs off then we went into a pyramid leg press so as the reps decrease the weight increases so you
00:30push all out as you can i got four plates which was good for me so i'm happy out then i went into
00:36just a leg extension and i finished it off so that's my leg day doesn't really change that much
