Right, I'm back with a super sweaty leg day. I'm going to take you along with it.

Be aware, it is tough. I always start my leg days, and every day really, with a bit of mobility work.

I find if I don't, I'm in bits the next day, so I make sure I stretch.

The pump cover is coming off, and here we go guys.

We're going to start off with a leg press.

I worked up to three plates, so just work it up as much as possible with the weight.

Then I dropped it down, and I did a single leg leg press.

This was insane.

On to our first super set, I did a B stance hip thrust.

Once you push through the elevated heel, then I supersetted that with a cast glute bridge.

Basically, with a cast glute bridge, you're not coming all the way down, and you're just pushing through the top extension.

Then we went into the last super set, and honestly, by now, I'm absolutely dead.

I went into sumo squats really heavy.

That's a 40 kg dumbbell, as heavy as you can.

Then I did some glute kickbacks, and basically, I put my ankle straps around my knees, and I feel it more in my glutes.

It makes me use my glutes more.
