00:00Right, I'm back with a super sweaty leg day. I'm going to take you along with it.
00:03Be aware, it is tough. I always start my leg days, and every day really, with a bit of mobility work.
00:08I find if I don't, I'm in bits the next day, so I make sure I stretch.
00:11The pump cover is coming off, and here we go guys.
00:14We're going to start off with a leg press.
00:16I worked up to three plates, so just work it up as much as possible with the weight.
00:20Then I dropped it down, and I did a single leg leg press.
00:22This was insane.
00:24On to our first super set, I did a B stance hip thrust.
00:27Once you push through the elevated heel, then I supersetted that with a cast glute bridge.
00:33Basically, with a cast glute bridge, you're not coming all the way down, and you're just pushing through the top extension.
00:38Then we went into the last super set, and honestly, by now, I'm absolutely dead.
00:43I went into sumo squats really heavy.
00:45That's a 40 kg dumbbell, as heavy as you can.
00:48Then I did some glute kickbacks, and basically, I put my ankle straps around my knees, and I feel it more in my glutes.
00:56It makes me use my glutes more.
00:57It's so much better.
