00:00Welcome! Good morning. Hello, how are you? How are you? I'm well, thank you. Thank you so much for being here this morning. It's my honor. As someone who's been honored here in the past, what does it mean to you to come back to this event?
00:12It's really like, well, I don't spend that much time out here, so to be out here for this is really, really special to me. And I can't wait to be in a room with all those powerful women, especially now, with all this come out. I'm very, very happy to be here.
00:28Yeah, and you mentioned especially now, I mean, there's so many issues affecting women, but this year, we can't not talk about the sexual harassment conversation. What's been the most shocking thing for you to come out of this conversation, and where do you see it going?
00:41I guess the depth, but, you know, I have to say I'm not that shocked. And I think I understand why women have not felt it was safe to speak out.
00:59So, I think it's, in some ways, it's in the DNA of men to look over women as sexual objects.
01:08And I think the wonderful thing about what's happening is that that will not be kind of accepted behavior anymore.
01:17It's not like it's not, you know, something that kind of is a force of nature, but I think there are lines now that hopefully won't be crossed.
01:28Well, great. Well, we'll see you inside. Thank you so much for being here, and congratulations.
