00:24life is very short in fact and there is you know there's no time to be small or
00:34selfish or material distracted by material possessions or cruelty or
00:40opinions or this that just that you have to just be fully as you are and know
00:47your voice and stand stand by it because I think somebody said once it's not what
00:52you do I don't know who says this I'm grateful it's not what you do it's what
00:55you choose not to do
