00:00By the way, so nice to meet you. Congratulations. By the way, I've been doing this a long time.
00:05I don't know the last time I've seen something like that.
00:07Oh, you watched the film?
00:08No, no, just this brotherhood in real life, you know?
00:11Yes, we are brothers.
00:12It really feels genuine.
00:14Yes. No, the love is real. It really is.
00:17I mean, I wouldn't get a tattoo of my body if I didn't love these guys.
00:20Yeah.
00:20Yeah.
00:21Was there any hesitation?
00:22No.
00:24No. Oh, okay, we're going to move forward.
00:26No, there was no hesitation for it.
00:27I think, you know, once Cosmo Jarvis said he was going to get it, which is honestly the least person I thought was going to get it, that I knew I had to do it and no turning back.
00:35So tell me what it was like when you got to boot camp and learned about what you were going to do for the next three weeks.
00:40It was very intimidating, very scary at first.
00:43But honestly, I was with such a great company and great, you know, great cast that I wasn't worried at all.
00:48They had my back. Ray had my back throughout the whole process.
00:50Yeah.
00:50And what was the most difficult day, scene, experience?
00:55I mean, in all honesty, I could tell you a few, you know, but for real, what we did pales in comparison of what the real soldiers experienced in their struggle of that day.
01:07So, like, nothing, really.
01:08And how, I mean, how are you as an actor when you watch yourself in an experience like this, like in a movie like this?
01:14It's probably much different than seeing Reservation Dogs or something else where you're having fun moments.
01:19This is, does it bring back that memory?
01:21Are you thinking about the soldiers?
01:22What are you thinking about?
01:23Uh, I'm critiquing myself.
01:26I hate watching myself.
01:27It's the exact same thing when I watch Res Dogs.
01:29I hate watching myself.
01:31Yeah.
01:31And you're one of those actors that it's not, it doesn't, you know, help inform your performance.
01:37It's just like, makes you critical.
01:38No.
01:39Honestly, I didn't even, I don't even know.
01:41No, I don't watch myself.
01:42Yeah.
01:43I'm curious because I thought something like this may erase some of that vanity because it's a true story.
01:47And it's, um, yes.
01:52Well, it is.
01:53I mean, every single, when you watch this film, you'll see every single shot let off, every single word, uh, every single step breath.
01:58That was all true.
02:00And that's all what happened.
02:01Yes.
02:01Yeah.
02:01And then tell me, what kind of person are you in this group chat?
02:04Are you sharing memes?
02:05Are you texting photos?
02:06What's your, what's your tech strategy?
02:08I'm the guy who will send a video of myself after like months of not responding just to let guys know I'm still alive.
02:16Yeah.
02:17Sadly.
02:17I don't know.
02:17I got better at texting.
02:18I suck at it.
02:19Yeah.
02:19You'll get better at it.
02:20Thank you so much.
