00:00I love you and I love acting so much!
00:03The studio and the pit won big, history was made,
00:07we celebrated iconic TV anniversaries, and so much more.
00:11Here's everything that went down at the 77th Emmy Awards.
00:15Stars of some of this year's biggest shows graced the red carpet at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles,
00:20ready for the big night which was hosted by Nate Bargetsy.
00:23The host kicked off the festivities with a hilarious skit with Bowen Yang,
00:27Mikey Day, and James Austin Johnson giving a new spin to his beloved Saturday Night Live sketch,
00:33this time playing the inventor of television.
00:36Will there be a network for white people, sir?
00:40Why, CBS, of course!
00:43As the first presenter of the night, Stephen Colbert didn't waste time acknowledging CBS's controversial ending of The Late Show next year.
00:51While I have your attention, is anyone hiring?
00:53Cobert then handed out the first award of the night to Seth Rogen for lead actor in a comedy series for the studio.
01:01Rogen also took home the award for Best Directing, Best Writing, and Best Comedy later in the night.
01:07I feel like I should, I don't know, I don't know what to say, this is so nice!
01:11Thank you, I appreciate you all!
01:12After getting the laughs started with his SNL sketch,
01:15Bargetsy officially welcomed the crowd to the annual telecast and was quick to take his hosting duty seriously
01:21by pledging a $100,000 to the Boys and Girls Club of America,
01:26but noting that any winner that exceeds the allotted 45-second speech time will have a consequence.
01:31Some of you go over a little, some go under.
01:34Do the right thing.
01:35Standout presenters of the night included everyone's favorite Emmy darling Jennifer Coolidge presenting Best Actor in a Comedy.
01:43We were all supposed to go on a trip to Ibiza, and I found out that I wasn't included.
01:52And the only reason I knew that was because Elizabeth DeBecky and I have the same Ozempic dealer.
01:58Two studio stars Ike Barinholtz and Katherine Hahn, who jokingly slammed TV writers and attempted to present Sands Teleprompter.
02:06Everybody is so pretty and glamorous.
02:09Noah Wiley.
