00:11So I'm just going to cut a pocket.

00:13You see how we just created a beautiful little pocket right there?

00:16I'm going to take some fresh spinach and stuff it inside.

00:22Just kind of tuck it in.

00:24And finally a little sun dried tomato.

00:27I'm going to take a skewer and skewer my chicken.

00:32Pat it down into some flour.

00:35And now I'm using the top of the breast side down.

00:40Yes.

00:43Alright, so I'm going to continue cooking this in the oven for just a minute

00:47so that the inside cooks as well as the outside.

00:51And look at that gorgeous creamy surprise filling.

00:57So the flour on the top not only gives it that crusty crunch,
