Ground turkey can be dry and crumbly because of its low fat content. Add this to your patties to keep them nice and juicy.

00:00This mild vegetable is the key to creating moist turkey burgers.
00:10All you have to do is grate it and add it to your turkey mixture.
00:13You'll never have a dry burger again.
00:15So I add a little bit of kosher salt to the zucchini and give it a little toss.
00:20It's going to draw out all of the excess moisture in that zucchini.
00:24Add it to that turkey.
00:25I'm adding Worcestershire but you could always use soy sauce or Bragg's which is an amino acid.
00:30It just gives it that extra little zing.
00:32I'm going to grill it in a hot grill pan and then I'm going to finish it off in the oven.
00:37That way it keeps the burger really moist.
00:39And I love that the zucchini in this burger means I don't have to add any other filler.
00:44Perfectly moist. Delicious burger.
00:47Plus the zucchini means I don't have to feel guilty about having fries as my side.
