00:06As the storm of sexual harassment allegations continues to swirl around Bill O'Reilly,
00:10Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal has reported that Fox News is preparing to end its decades-long relationship with the host of The O'Reilly Factor.
00:18The host has been under fire since a scathing New York Times article detailed over $13 million in legal settlements
00:23paid out by O'Reilly and his employer to female staffers who raised sexual harassment and verbal abuse allegations against him.
00:31In the wake of that news, O'Reilly's nightly program lost a slew of blue-chip advertisers
00:35and there have been calls for his resignation or firing across the country,
00:39including a protest held by a women's rights group outside the Fox News headquarters on Tuesday.
00:45That demonstration included a plane flying a banner around the city, urging the network to drop O'Reilly.
00:50A final decision on Mr. O'Reilly's fate could come as early as the next several days,
00:56according to the report by the Journal, which is owned by Murdoch's News Corp.
01:00Murdoch's son, James, heads up Fox News' parent company, 21st Century Fox.
01:05The latest accuser, an African-American Fox News clerical worker,
01:09claims Bill O'Reilly used to leer at her and called her, quote, hot chocolate.
01:13Attorney Lisa Bloom told The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday,
01:16Shortly after the most recent allegations, female Fox News contributor Deneen Borelli came to the defense of O'Reilly.
01:22That's not the Bill O'Reilly I know, countered Borelli in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter Tuesday.
01:27This happened in 2008.
01:29I question the timing, and I don't know why she isn't revealing her name.
01:33It's like a dog pile here.
01:34What does she have to gain?
01:36That's my question.
