00:00On the countdown to decision day, the fate of the proposed stadium is front of mind for many.

01:13The council also voted to review the state's Hare-Clarke electoral system to see if it can be improved or even replaced, with concern it's confusing Tasmanians at the ballot box.
01:25While the recent state election returned another minority Liberal government, the council heard the only demographic in Tasmania the party won at the federal election was men over 55, which the Liberals are adamant can't happen again.
01:41Tomorrow will turn to federal issues, but the Premier won't be there, heading to Hobart for a pro-stadium rally.
